Delivery and Returns

  1. Delivery of the Product

Your shipping address and pin code will be verified with the database of before you proceed to pay for your purchase. If your order is not serviceable by delivery partners, vendors, or your location is not covered by us, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our delivery partner’s/vendor’s delivery list. If there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the products or services for the area not covered by, we will not be held responsible for the non-delivery of the product. In case you book multiple orders for the products and services in one transaction, efforts will be made to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible.

      2. Return Policy for Products

2.1. If you receive a damaged/defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team.

2.2. Upon receiving your complaint, shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if we are convinced that the complaint is genuine, wewill inform the relevant vendor of said complaint and request for a replacement. If the complaint is frivolous or baseless, we reserve the right to take legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by in this regard.

2.3. In order to return any products, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions, viz: • Please notify of receipt of a/an international/damaged/ defective product/service within 48 of your order reaching you. If you are unable to do so within 48 hours, the vendor shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order; * For all other instances you can notify us 15 days from when the product is delivered to you • Products should be unused/unwashed; * • will arrange a pick-up of all products except for international orders. If is unable to do so, we will notify you regarding the same and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within one (1) day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such a form as is determined by the logistics team upon prior consultation with Khazir Sons; • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.; • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to products during transit; • The returned products are subject to verification and checks by in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product. * These conditions will not apply to products where the defects could not, using reasonable diligence, be discovered, at the time of delivery.

2.4. If a product returned is duly accepted by, the value of said product, as originally paid by you will be refunded in the form of a store credit/voucher. If the product can be repaired by the service centre, would get the same repaired and send it back to you. • A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by you or

No Compensation Policy: If the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the website did not meet your expectations, no compensation will be given other than the return, credit voucher or exchange of the product. The customer cannot request compensation for any reason, including but not limited to: any variation in the finish or appearance of the final product; any delay in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances; any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damage of any kind caused by a product; missed opportunities to avail certain discounts; any issue with our delivery partners or their personnel; any voucher which got deactivated due to the end of expiry date; unavailability of items which the customer tried to purchase etc. Unreasonable and unlawful requests for compensation, over and above the entitled refund, will be treated as loss to business cases. holds the rights to cancel orders and block accounts of such customers without any prior notice.

    3. Shipping, Delivery and Cancellation

This depends on whether the products in your order are on Pre-order, mode of payment and on your location. We dispatch our products from Monday to Saturday, and it takes another 3 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. Some products are on pre-order so please expect a short delay in the dispatch of these products. The relevant product page will have these details mentioned. Mode of payment a.Prepaid Orders: Once you place an order, we will try and dispatch most products the next working day itself. But this is based on the product.b.Cash On Delivery Orders: – We will dispatch your order the next working day after the cash on delivery order is confirmed. But this is based on the product. Locations of delivery Within Maharashtra : Please allow 1 to 2 working days for the courier to be delivered Metros : Please allow 3 to 4 working days for the courier to be delivered Non-Metros and Interiors : Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the courier to be delivered.

We ship internationally but only on a minimum order value of $100 USD. Express deliveries will be charged extra. We will ship the product the next day.  Please allow us 2 – 7 working days for the courier to be delivered once shipped for international delivery

There is no additional charge on most products however there may be a nominal charge based on the products and country we ship to for a few products which you may be notified about on the product , checkout page or after the order is placed before we ship it. Please note, you will need to pay Customs Duty as per the duty structure of the country you reside in rare cases only Customs Duty will be on actuals, and you will need to pay the Customs Duty at the time of accepting the order however we will refund the same by virtue of credit voucher or refund it into your account if we are notified of the same within 48 hours of receiving the goods.




Most of our items can be returnedexchanged for a new product or store credit. Please read the individual product page for more details. For products that can be exchanged, we adopt a 15-DAY FREE RETURN / EXCHANGE policy as long as the returned products are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags. Do note, free gifts/products won or received in promotional offers, and products purchased on Sunday Surprise or our Swimwear & Jewellery Categories cannot be returned or exchanged.

You will get a credit voucher for the whole amount you paid which is valid for a year.

Yes, we have a free reverse-pickup service.We will arrange for a representative of the courier company to pick up the product from you in 3-5 working days. Please keep the parcel ready and packaged as you have received it with all the tags and original packing intact and enclose a copy of the bill or a paper with your order number. In case your pincode is not serviceable by our team, you will need to courier the product back to us at your own cost and we will be sure to reimburse an additional Rs.100 in the form of store credit.

It will take 15 to 25 working days for you to receive a replacement or store credit.


We offer the option to exchange within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product. Please email us with the list of products you need to exchange and the reason. Our customer service team will get in touch with you in 1-2 business days. We try our best to ensure that our products reach you defect and damage free but in the off chance this happens, please share images with us as well. This will help us solve your query faster.

We don’t have a reverse pickup facility for international orders .You will need to ship the products back to us at your own cost.


     4. Indemnifications and Limitation of Liability

4.1. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Khazir Sons from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, demands, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by Khazir Sons that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by you pursuant to these supply terms or any additional terms applicable to the purchase of products.

4.2. In no event shall Khazir Sons and its officers, directors, employees, partners or vendors be liable to you, the vendor or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever, including those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not foreseeable or whether or not Khazir Sons has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or based on any theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence or other tortious action, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with your purchase of the products and services herein. Notwithstanding anything to contrary, Khazir Sons’s entire liability to you under this Terms of Offer For Sale or otherwise shall be the refund of the money charged from you, under which the unlikely liability arises.

      5. Governing Law

5.1. These Terms & Conditions and the relationship between you and Khazir Sons shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles.

5.2. All claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation to the Terms & Conditions or any transactions entered into on or through the website or the relationship between you and Khazir Sons shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir and you hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.

6. General Terms for Offers, Promotions, Contests
